At the bakery, "the pinched loaf"

Annoyed teenager is a hard character to constantly have around. Plus her age difference makes it difficult to work out scenarios where she'd be around outside of a home and with other characters. I'm fine that she's gone.

Deirdre!

The Ball challenge is based on Strangers with Candy's Jerri Blank. Out of everybody left, who do you think is going to fully grasp the crazy of Jerri Blank? It also gives an interesting challenge for a runway (low grade fashion, but still needs to read right, while mostly being character based).

Am I the only one that finds the show's musical score not quite blending with the show? I just mean from a technical level. Like it's too high in the mix, either absent for too long or overly present, and not always queued for what's happening in time in a scene.

Another notice for LA: Cinefamily has a few encore showings of Repo Man this Sunday and Monday.

"Good thing we just let the cameras run, right? Maybe we can salvage some of this errant footage?"

Special callout to the terrrrrrrrrrrrrrible camerawork during the scene of Stick talking up his/Hand backstory with Matt. I honestly laughed while watching that scene take place.
It was almost as if the DP didn't realize that the scene really went on for as long as it did and made flailing attempts to change up his

And neither could she. It struck me as a better safe than sorry situation. She couldn't confirm it happened, but is taking all precautions.

I think it's the not fully revealed time jump that's my issue. How long was their mini-separation? We're kind of just left to think that is must be long enough for them to hit their respective low points, but to me it was just too rushed of a change up from how the last episode ended and for what had to be covered in

I think Derrick would have made the same mistakes though, even if it was slightly more on target. You can essentially predict everything that Derrick is going to bring to the runway. It's shocking how basic it all is, but based on his drag identity I don't believe he ever had to make things for himself and definitely

Ru's advice did exactly what it was meant to: it challenged Derrick. It's just that Derrick can't rise to the challenge.

I've seen every season so far and I still can't tell you the names of most of the characters or their locations. It's just too much.

Yes Paul Rudd, you are a choking hazard. *rimshot*

FYI »»» The Decline Of Western Civilization PT II: The Metal Years is playing at Cinefamily in LA this weekend.

Often Kenan rubs me the wrong way for mostly playing one character in every single sketch. But damn was he my favorite part of this episode. The Sharpton sketch especially really had me giggling, along with his random responses during the dating game show.

It was wonderfully scary in how freaking intense he was. It almost felt like even the cast was intimidated for most of the sketches.

It needs improvement. There was a very bizarre structure to things and some of the characters. But it also felt like it wouldn't take much for them to focus this show into something that is pure pure magic.

Please let this season be amazing. Season one was so rough and uneven, but obviously the seed of something great.

So are these reviews being posted on absolutely no consistent schedule?
