:(

I must have missed that at some point. How'd she bring it up?

Behold the power of gumption.

Oh, the writers don't get it, because they just gave her his job and desk. The torch has been passed.

Yes, she did. But don't you think the guilt (as shown in the show) is 100% based on Wesley, and there has been no remorse or guilt shown for her involvement in Ben's death despite the impact of his death being brought up multiple times?

And that's the problem with the name of the hall of fame to begin with.

I didn't rewatch season one, it wasn't fresh. But even after people reminded me of the plot points, I still stand by my argument that the death of Ben (via her direct actions) should hold more mental strain on Karen than killing Wesley.

I still can't recall the specifics of Wesley getting killed, which is exactly the point I'm trying to make about the journalist death mattering more. Wesley only had an effect to Fisk and Karen. The journalist (forgetting character name, sorry) had so many more direct connections to the story and various characters

+1000 about the turtlenecks. It's all I can stare at during promos for the film. It doesn't read as a fashion choice, as so much an attempt to actually hide her neck.

The big problem I have with season 2 attempting to create a story of Karen working through her murder guilt is that I don't even remember her killing anyone. I respect the show for avoiding quick flashbacks to remind the audience, but I will say they didn't earn that recognition via character dialogue or writing.

Matt has been terrible all around. And trust me, the show doesn't let that slide. It's a direct plot point.

Rogue Lensflare, amirite guys?!?!?!

The funny thing is that you have actually just reached the point when the "real plot" comes together, and the "ultimate villains" appear. See it through to the end so we can talk about how the show handles the convergence of its main plots, and questionable introductions of additional threats.

The show does not position Karen ever as a roadblock or burden to Foggy. It's strictly Matt. Karen is basically just along for the ride.

I forget what episode is happens in, but the one where Karen has the conversation with Matt about how she just might approve of vigilante justice, even if murder is involved. She denounces the Punisher for going directly to murder, but finds some justification in that he's only targeting people that have already

Well done.

So Duran Duran couldn't be bothered to cover a song? Really? Same with Moby?

At least there is the actual extended version to keep the sleaze alive.

And *spoilers* …

But it does? Their meeting scene lays it out. She's a bored upperclass individual looking for thrills, and she is clearly overeducated and trained. I mean, that's enough to explain her actions in this episode.
