I haven't seen Flight, but I gotta second your visceral hatred of Away We Go.  Words cannot describe how angry that movie made me at the time I saw it.  Looking back on it now, it's probably too slight and modest to warrant that much hatred, but emotions are weird like that.

Haven't seen this yet, but Mirman is great in pretty much everything he's in.  Bob's Burgers, Delocated, Star Talk.  Always funny.

The song you're thinking of is "I Do" by Young Jeezy.  It is in fact not a very good song.  But Andre's verse is good.

Exactly.  A lot more goes into making a good podcast than just being a funny person.  Aukerman is one of the few comedy guys who gets that.  There's a reason why Mantzoukas is ten times funnier (and less annoying) on Aukerman's show than he is on his own.

Thanks guys!  I'm going to start with all your suggestions.  I love funny comedy podcasts (as opposed to your serious comedy podcasts like YMIW and WTF), but I'm getting pretty burned out on all the Earwolf/L.A. ones.  SPY sounds like a good alternative.  Plus, Kyle Kinane as a guest sounds awesome. Love that guy.

Hey SPY fans: do you have any episodes recommendations for newbies?  I've listened to two episodes, and while it seems like something that would be right up my alley, it hasn't quite clicked with me yet.  Thanks.

Great verse from Andre on that song.  But whoever is singing the hook has the most annoying voice in the universe.

I too was suspicious of the "Channel Orange" hype, but I've come to think of it as one of the very best albums of the year, and that has nothing to do with Ocean's sexuality or R&B tokenism.  "Thinking Bout You" and "Bad Religion" are really disarmingly sweet, sincere songs, and both "Pyramids" and "Pink Matter" are

"Boys and Girls" wouldn't make my top ten, but it would be an honorable mention for sure.  I'm not surprised that AV Club didn't show it much love though; it doesn't really break new ground, and its reference points aren't hip or unexpected.  It's a really solid album though, and their live show is incredible.

For some reason, I listened to "Life Is Good" about four times, decided I liked it a lot, and then forgot about it.  Need to revisit it.

Who is more awkward in their appropriation of hip-hop slang?  Ke$ha or Lana Del Rey?
