A ghost helped Luke destroy the Death Star.
A ghost helped Luke destroy the Death Star.
…Yes?
"Pope: Deep Space Nine."
It could be that the nebula was already in place around a star, a thing I think happens.
Don't planets form in nebulae? I always assumed the Genesis Device created the planet out of the raw material of the nebula; in the explanation video, they show it being used on an already-there planet.
I kind of love it, in a way. Of course it's terrible, but it's terrible in such a bizarre way that I find it entertaining. And it's stylish as fuck.
It was in there because the Computer wanted you to put it in there, citizen. Not thinking about treason, are we?
Similarly, see Pacino hunting DeNiro onto the airport tarmac in the final scenes of "Heat."
I saw it when it first came out on video and I have barely any recollection of it, other than Steve Martin getting shot in the leg and vomiting up that white fluid. That did happen in the movie, right?
I caught about the last half of it once. It was kind of underwhelming, and I get why it faded out so fast. I'm actually sort of confounded by the fact that Disney is building a whole themed land around it in Orlando.
"Wampa Scratch Fever."
The motion picture company?
Yeah, I remember being shocked as a kid but it didn't haunt me. I was surprised that you actually saw him get killed, even if you didn't see the gore.
Anthony Perkins' character in "The Black Hole" was brutally murdered (a robot sunk spinning blades into Perkins' abdomen) and he wasn't evil. He was sort of conspiring with the villain, in a way, but he was more misguided than anything.
Brilliant.
It was too late. You'd seen everything.
I know a couple of people who are pretty far right and way into "Star Trek." That's a puzzler.
I disagree that Tony's incapable of self-awareness. To me, the appeal of his character is that he's kind of a giant screw-up and creates a lot of his own problems. His real self comes through when he hits that moment of self-awareness and creates a solution.
I say, steal any gift that's there, even if it's not your turn. When you’re a star they let you do it. Grab them by the bow on top. You can do anything.
There was a 1980s Westworld TV show. It was called "Beyond Westworld."
