My memory of it is that they were basically manipulating each other throughout the whole movie, and were evenly matched. I think his therapist calls him out on this, even. Of course they fall in love for real by the end.

It's complicated for some of us, I think. I really liked it when I first saw it; the crew was fighting against the over-militarization of their culture, which is a nice Trekkie theme. Notice that the Enterprise doesn't fire a single shot in the movie.

Not as far as I can tell.

If Wilson Fisk isn't in this, murdering someone with a car door, what's even the point?

Mugatu wept.

They promised Welles he could eat whole planets. He was furious when he realized they were talking about the character, and there's your Unicron voice.

Middle school me thought the Jayce toys were the best things ever made. I didn't care at all that the pilots looked nothing like the guys on the show, and the bad guys' cockpits opened to reveal rubbery plant brains.

Come see the laser rays fire away.

Of course the buns were steamed. How else would you make steamed hams?
