That was probably my favorite line of the episode.

"This meandering conversation takes three times longer than it should,
until even the actors seem bewildered that they are still on camera."

Not sure what was better here - Beau Bridges acting or his incredible toupée.

Ah, Darren McGavin.

"…Michael Sheen’s sometimes less-than-likable portrayal of Bill…"

I agree the final seasons were weaker but, that said, I still think Season 4 is their best.

She is so freakin' cool.

“I think we’ve established our ineptitude beyond a reasonable doubt.”

I realize I'm in the minority here, but Russell Crowe in Virtuosity unnerved the hell out of me.

It helps that Billy Madison was a good film and actually… what's that word that doesn't apply to Sandler films these days?… oh yeah… funny.

Wow. Completely disagree on:

Incredible episode. For me, it was great to begin with and then, upon re-watch years later, even more of a heartbreaker.

Has anyone on this board even SEEN a chicken?

"Three minutes later he was clocked at 73 in a 25 zone. Going past our daycare center." - this line just killed me.

I did the same thing, realizing it was Mr. Deeds.

I LITERALLY gave up on Sandler with "Mr. Deeds" so, to me, this article is 13 years late.

James L. Brooks = COOL. Always has.

MacDonald is never NOT funny. Seriously. Just my $0.02, but he just rocks. Always has.

Bob Odenkirk AND David Cross appearing on (the already amazing) NewsRadio. What more can be said?

Incredible show. Brilliant episode.
