The thing that bothered me the most about "Blood Face" is that it just didn't sound like a 1960s serial killer name. Something more authentic like "the Bloody Face Killer" or "the Skin Stealing Butcher" would have been better. Bloody Face is such a 21st Century fictional serial killer name.

@PoisonCup flies back through the window, straightens tie, sits down.

In fairness, one really should avoid drawing attention to oneself after being paid a small fortune to slow down the internet. And phones. And credit cards. And wireless communications of any kind. Better to shop at the Stop and Rob than at one of those midtown designer stores that racially profile.

Yeah, Fet just offing Jim reminded me why I liked him all along. Really Fet and Setrakian could probably carry the show just fine at this point.

And hearrrrt!

They told us the cat was dead in season 2. So they didn't completely forget, they just didn't do anything special with it.

I think Branch's dad assumed that Walt would be too consumed by grief to make much of an effort to run, Branch's dad being the type who thinks feelings and emotions turn you into a wuss.

When Peter Weller's schedule clears up.

In fairness, she is really good at playing Mimi Rogers.

I actually had a similar thought, that the writers were taking a production problem and making the most of it.

I don't see how Branch comes back from what he's done in the last couple of episodes, unless a whole bunch of (mostly) terrible people die, and Walt decides looking the other way on Branch's crimes is in the interests of justice.

Is it awful of me that I still sort of chortle to myself whenever I think of that scene? "You are correct. We do not need two Luthors." ZAP!

I got into a brief argument with a clerk at Musicland about the Elfman score; he assured me Prince did the Batman, and Elfman did "Beetlejuice". Then his manager came out and said the Elfman would finally come out the following month.

If you mean the Elfman score, I absolutely still do.

I'm not an AC/DC fan either, and that might be the problem—"You Shook Me All Night Long" is really the only song I actually kind of like. I'm at best indifferent to most of their songs, and actively hate the remainder. "You Shook Me" is the one AC/DC song I actually sing along with when I hear it.

It would have to be his head in a jar kept alive by black magic. But…yes.

Fuckin A!

If he a hired a group of guys to beat you up over $20, he didn't have to do much growing to reach full fledged psycho.

Probably. Snips vs. Skeet should be a real thing, though. Not sure what kind of thing, but it should exist.

It's the same. This story is how they all met.
