Those were just depressing.

Very good.

Stanleeish.

I imagine they want Wonder Woman to do well….?

Huh, this is weird. I don't have the sinking sensation of horror and depression that I felt after watching the BvS trailer. This feeling is different. Something like how I felt when I saw the first Wonder Woman Trailer. Something like….hope? Odd….

Salazar was also big on the idea that everyone in the Portuguese Empire was "Portuguese", even the non-Europeans, so the racism was different from Nazi Germany's. On the other hand, Salazar's secret police was deliberately modeled on the SS, sooo, yeah.

Yeah, I've always been suspicious of the people who live in Castle Pines.

I bet national treasure Christopher Lloyd has forgotten about Stacked. I think I watched enough of the show (the whole pilot? most of it?) to know that Lloyd was way better than the material.

I'd forgotten that Stacked was a thing. I'm slightly horrified that you seem to have remembered it was a thing. Or somewhat impressed. I can't tell for sure.

Your grandmother had some diverse tastes.

I didn't even know they were together. They should revel in the time they had.

Hub City seems to pop up a lot in the Arrowverse, so you know, that might be foreshadowing.

A friend of mine thought Jor-El and Kal-El and Akira would be great names for any of his future sons.

And then Nighthawk was their benefactor for a stint, if memory serves.

Namor and sometimes the Silver Surfer.

Yeah, Snyder is just one of those directors.

I did finish it, but I agree with your assessment. Also, it is the only Heinlein I've read to date. l know, "Stranger in a Strange Land" is one of those books I should read before I die and all, but the politicking of ST just sort of put the brakes on things.
