The Max Weinberg 7 is definitely coming with Conan and Jeffrey Ross will stay on to run the show. It looks like they're keeping much if not all of the core of "Late Night". Though with the Roots backing up Fallon the Max Weinberg 7 may not be the best band in late night anymore.
