This show is so so so much fun. I really wish more people on the AVClub were watching this, though I understand that it's not really the type of show that might initially skew towards this website's audience.

I don't think it's a particularly great show — however, it's become a really lazy and easy scapegoat that isn't really warranted because it does some things fairly well. Given the expectations for the show, that's probably not unusual.

It was a big, hype-able show that failed to deliver in its first season and was fairly boring. It's why you'll see remnant backlash for SHIELD even if it ever fixes its own problems like Revolution did.
