Agreed. While I have little investment in Pete, I absolutely have an investment in Penny's happiness. This is 3 seasons coming and I couldn't be happier for her.
You know that they just don't give a fuck anymore when they've had three episodes this season where they're just bleeping out fuck.
Penny, Dave, and Brad are the gay men of the group.
What was your endgame?!
The turnaround is now in the lexicon of pop culture. It exists. It is real.
Party of Six is one of the most underrated episodes of the series, if such a construct exists. I loved it and it's such a microcosm of what makes the show fantastic.
Which I like! I was iffy if the writers could make it work with them since there wasn't much of an arc on any characters, but they have.
You know, looking at the the writing credits on this show… I feel like we're going to get a huge amount of talent from this series whenever Happy Endings ends. The McCarthys (Brian Gallivan is the staff writer here) is one of the funniest pilots I've read so far and Hilary Winston will hopefully get on the air this…
A for the first episode, B+ for the second. Still giving it an A because I was both laughing and crying and Keyser Soze.
I need the next great American drama. Please live up to your potential, Comrades.
@Kumagoro:disqus Things I've heard (I don't work in casting, but have friends at networks). She'll be fine.
She's already been fielded a lot of pilot offers.
Happy Endings/Justified/Cougar Town and maybe New Girl.
We'll eventually see all 26 episodes of Don't Trust the Bitch. It's sad it's gone, but still. These things shall pass.
The point she's trying to make — which is a valid one, I suppose — is that intense love on the internet doesn't necessarily correlate into live viewers and maybe live viewing isn't the most significant metric. She could have said Community, it's all the same point.
Great interview. Great lady. Great show.

Those last ten minutes were brutal for me. I can't even imagine what they must have been like for someone closer to the subject matter.
Also, I cried like a baby at the end of this episode. Also, why aren't people watching this. It's one of the greatest shows airing right now.
