Apparently you don't know any black women.  Having worked with dozens of them, these kinds of portrayals aren't really a reach.

I liked the episode, but I'm with everyone else who thinks they need to lay of the music a little bit more.  It seemed extra intrusive tonight.

I was somewhat entertained last week.  I was probably drinking.  This week I was not.  The D is a more than fair score.  Felt very tired, and the supporting cast has done extremely little to justify its presence.

Actually mildly plausible, considering that news outlets often bank obits for famous figures who are elderly or have heath issues as Jobs obviously did in recent years.  Not that you could run it immediately, but most of the work would be done.

This episode was a step in the right direction.  I was pretty entertained. Relative to what else airs at this hour on network TV, I'm surprised this isn't a hit.

The episode with the Norwegian immigrants from Ogdenville was on in syndication tonight.  This is really quite a good one for a recent episode.  Who knew there were so many jokes to make about Norway?  If they could be in this range fairly often, this would still be worth watching.  Oh well.

How Italian Beef is not a staple of all Americans' diets will always remain a mystery to me. 

I really wanted to make fun of the Playboy Club and Terra Nova tonight.  Did those get dropped? 

I would take the Substitute episode.  James "The Adonis" Polk and the Knights Of Sex With Black People crack me up every time.

This is a lot more watchable than Terra Nova still.

Agreed.  I know that anything that advertises on this site is WORSE THAN THE HOLOCAUST, but Whitney is definitely not worse than Outsourced, and it could be better than Perfect Couples.  To some extent, this is a win, since I actually watch live television.  Now, it sure would have been nice if this performed worse…
