Blue and red or black and white are by far the most likely color pairings, so I wouldn't read too much into the meaning of that usage.

Every Somalia line was my favorite part of this one.
Ur-a-gay. Slight variation on a Simpsons gag.
I actually thought this was a pretty big improvement over last week's episode. I also think the ratings will continue to be good, and this will be a mild hit. I know the comments section hates to say anything nice about Whitney, but she's nice enough to look at, and that will help out the ratings to some extent.
Yeah, I don't think I'll ever be able to watch this. What happened in 2003 was such a painful experience that I lashed out aggressively and then largely blocked it out. It is in the same tier with my father dying and my first awful breakup.
I hope no one was too impressed with what he did, because this was an incredibly obvious out from the moment it happened. That family had no leverage at any point.
Strange Wilderness will inevitably come up, and I will defend it as a film that a group of drunken friends can safely talk over without much risk of missing the jokes. Once in a while, the jokes are not terrible, and even worth a sincere laugh, and other times everyone will feel free to grab a beer, or viciously mock…
No way, this was the first time in forever that there was a Drew storyline that was mildly compelling. He deserves a sympathy vote.
None of the above, but I have seen the Hustle ads on PBS.
Pretty much spot on. I especially agree that a lot of the praise is due to the album (and the last one) having a lot less to do with metal and appealing much more to rock sensibilities. This is most evident in the vocals being mixed very high, the low end being mixed way down, and the melody of the verse riffs being…
No, that album was Crack The Skye. It's nearly unlistenable compared to Remission and Leviathan.
Yeah, that was my introduction to the song, and I like it better.
Why not just do a Robin Hood/A-Team style show to fulfill our rage towards the super wealthy? I would love a show where every week the heroes blackmailed or severely fucked with some rich assholes who fucked over some victim of the week. It's just the catharsis this country needs.
I agree about the romance. I bought into the chemistry between these two right away. I was expecting Katherine Hahn to be the poor man's Laura Linney or Laura Dern, but she's got a good thing going on her own. I found her microwave dinners and bottles of wine a lot more relatable than babies and karaoke from the…
While we're talking about AV Club coverage, the new-ish TV Club functionality is starting to really show potential now. Shaping up to be really useful, compared to the summer when the amount of shows to follow was smaller and it was harder to gauge how the interface would work. I'd like to see staff collect some…
Oh, I meant the commenters. I think the staff reviews for both shows were definitely fair.
I think I'm more likely to read the recaps than watch the show.
I'm a little surprised you cranky bastards didn't like this and Free Agents more. Even in their early stages these are both quite watchable and have likable casts. Maybe I am something of a dinosaur, but I enjoy sitting down and watching network TV when it is scheduled to air, and these shows are an improvement over…
I got way more 30 Rock out of Up All Night. The whole Ava show that got added in the retool screams 30 Rock.
But just listen to the music. This is a great Graveland track. http://www.youtube.com/watc…
