Is it me, or was that nest of Varme Tyv unusually attractive? Heat orgy indeed.

I gotta admit, during/after the PTSD scene I was expecting Rosalee to announce a Blutbau baby. It was all that "I'm not sure how much time we have, we have to make it count" stuff.

Adalind's mother was a straight-up Hexenbitch (who slept with her daughter's lover).

Agreed. Plus, why is she taking Kenneth's abusive shit to this degree? Yes, he beat up a Zauberbiest, but she's still a powerful Hexenbiest; they should all be a little more wary around her. First season Adalind, pregnant or not, would NEVER have taken this much crap from humans.

Agree on both, plus: how else could they get Sven out (the only non-innocent in the nest) before the Hibernaculum was over? It's not like they could call for backup; the human cops would kill them all. Just another example of how human justice doesn't work for many Wesen cases.

"Nick’s writing off Juliette awfully fast: She’s a hexenbiest, I’m a
Grimm. No, Nick you’re an idiot. Man up."

Although Juliette is a super-Hexenbiest, like the Originals in Vampire Diaries (who can mind-fuck other vampires). So I'll buy that he couldn't resist her (assuming that was the case, and he wasn't just in the mood).

Whereas I liked the case of the week and its echoes of both Walking Dead and True Blood (with its vampire nests — in fact, I thought the Wesen was going to be a vampire at first). I especially liked Nick's comment that most of the Varme Tyv nest were "innocents." But as Les wrote, there was just too much going on.

As a Today Show viewer I can't tell you how confused I was to think you wanted "Natalie Morales" to guest star in Grimm. NBC corporate synergy?

And now that you mention it, this particular House is not doing such a good job of replenishing itself. Eric is dead (and Sean was apparently his only [half] sibling) and we now know that Viktor is sterile. No wonder King Frederick is so eager to find Diana!

SVU already did a crossover with "Chicago PD"…now you have me excited at the prospect of Hargitay's Sgt. Benson visiting Portland to consult on the Huntha lami muuaji and Folterseele cases, both of which have thorny, SVU-perfect sexual aspects. I'll get Dick Wolf right on it…

That makes me wonder…how many people who find Sean Renard very attractive would kiss him immediately after he woges into a Zauberbiest? I don't think Nick is any shallower than most people—male or female. I also think that Hexen/Zauberbiests may have evolved to visually strike fear into humans and Wesens when

I was HOWLING at Michael Keaton's sassy dance moves! That entire CNN sketch, from "this is what a door opening looks like" to the Muppets to Kitty Hillary, was hysterical. FAR funnier than Weekend Update and the 1,000th appearance of screechy Jebediah (sorry Taran, you're better than this).

"the Wesen world's Brangelina…"

MissLucas, I *completely* forgot that there are Seven Royal Houses! Now I'm torn between wanting to see a meeting of ALL the Houses to discuss the Resistance and the dangerous Portland Grimm and not wanting the writers to open yet another unresolved plot thread…

If *anything* would unleash Zombie-Hulk Nick, this would…

This is it EXACTLY. On the one hand, it's easy for newbies to tune in, since there are constantly new plotlines happening. On the other hand, veteran Grimmsters who remember the *old* plotlines get NO resolution. ARRRGGH….

True, but A LOT of shit has gone down (and a lot of attacks from Wesen) since Juliette first saw adorable Rosalee woge. I think it would be strange if she *didn't* have some buried resentment (and as we've seen from Adalind and her mom, most Hexenbiests have no verbal filters).

Yes, Juliette is going through Hell right now — and that was a brutal rejection — but let's not forget that Nick was essentially raped by a Hexenbiest a few weeks ago. He has a LOT of Grimm/Hexenbiest antagonism to work through, IMO, before he can be all *Tru Wuv Conquers All* about the situation.

This makes me wonder what the reaction of the Royals will be when they realize Adalind's pregnant with a (possible) GrimmBaby. On the one hand, the Royal families have worked with Grimms for centuries to keep Wesen in check — so this could be a new super assassin for them. And having Nick's baby as a bargaining chip
