I'm listening to the 3-disc Purple Rain reissue now, so I'll say the discordant piano solo in the extended version of "Let's Go Crazy," which is also present in the movie. Prince does a vintage Prince-scream, puts his guitar aside, and just starts banging on the piano seemingly at random. It's awesome.
