That moment for me was Phoebe Cates getting out of the pool in Fast Times. I remember thinking, "Well, so this is what hormones feel like." This happened not in the theatre (I was 9 or 10 when it was released), but at a buddy's place, watching it on VHS. This format allowed us endless rewinds.
