That show had a lot of damn potential.

Of those 3, based on their work so far, I think Poehler would best have the the ability to alternate between light and serious to fill that chair. Louis CK probably does too, but his normal working level seems too abrasive to be welcoming. Schumer might have that deft touch, I just haven't seen her in anything to

Canadian Zombie Peter Jennings gives him a run for his money.

I remember Craig Kilborn's version of The Daily Show, and doubting whether this Jon Stewart fella would be able to continue the tone and feel of the show starting its third season, which was appealing to the sarcastic college student demographic.

I am a bit staggered at how quickly and completely Constance Wu has taken hold of my attentions.

I'd guess they show up as Wildmen from above the Wall or victims of Bolton, or both.

I love how this is, like, the fourth time someone has posted this Zoidberg quote in the thread because (1) it is so brief it's easy to miss above, and (2) it's a goddamned classic line and visual.

Agreed with @avclub-9ff7c9eb9d37f434db778f59178012da:disqus, that is a solid, good-sounding handle, @turokobama:disqus. Is is a subtle and/or inadvertent dig implying that the GOP is full of dinosaurs?

"Go ahead boys. Crank up the AC, to LOW."

Star Trek: Voyager had an episode with dinosaurs on a space ship. You see how well that turned out? (It didn't.)

Thinking of post-Apocalyptic Earths… can Thundarr, Mok, and Ariel do a guest spot on Adventure Time?

The Tie can serve as a tool of intimidation, signifying importance, maturity, and temperament. A red tie isn't called a "power tie" for no reason.

I don't disagree, but without knowing more about Mo'nique's situation specifically, I don't want to pass judgment. Something to consider, though, is that Mo'nique was not new to Hollywood at the time of her success in Precious. So:
