It's not sexism. It's just science. Selectively chosen and willfully misrepresented science that just happens to support my sexist views, but it's science! The public outcry just proves that women are clearly just too emotional to handle my rational prejudice against their innate existence.

I take it that Titanic and Face/Off are there to be controversial conversation starters. I won't take that bait and will simply replace them with more deserving contenders that I can think of without looking up every 1997 release: Donnie Brasco and Fifth Element. And I don't even really care for Fifth Element.

I'd recommend it. It's a great cast (Lyonne, Judy Greer, Plaza and a bunch of comedians in pop up roles) in a fun, twisted comedy and I'm a big fan of the director.

I liked it a lot too and laughed throughout. But my favorite bit had to be Gabrus trying to throw his spear at the runaway Dave Franco.

As someone who, for work-related reasons, used to know a whole lot more about Disney properties, including the Princess line, than any grown man without kids should, I can't tell you how self-conscious I was of that fact. I couldn't imagine not having enough self-awareness to keep a lid on it in public.

Same here. I have no interest in seeing things early if it's through illicit means. I can wait til Sunday night like everyone else.

Aw, good for her. I just kind of assumed that since she's never in the press materials, her character isn't discussed much among the fans, and I haven't seen her in anything else that she was kind of stuck below the radar. Vs, say, Pedro Pascal, who was only in one season but it directly launched a million memes

I feel sorry for the actress as well. So many other actors have launched A-B list careers from shorter stints on this show and I can't even name the actress who played her. Just an all-around thankless, low profile role for her.

The Game Show Network used to rerun What's My Line? from the 1950's. It was one of my favorite things to watch. The early panel line ups included a publishing magnate, a poet, and a couple of NYC socialites. It wasn't afraid to be as urbane and witty as it could be.

I assume "conducting a forensic review" means "we called the FBI 2 weeks ago and they're tracking down the hackers as we speak."

Sounds like some classic right wing projection to me.

If you don't like Leslie Mann's performance in 40 Year Old Virgin then I don't know what to tell you.

Yeah, that's my guess as well. Not that random internet strangers should be guessing as to the causes of a break up.

Thanks. You had me googling frantically to make sure that my favorite Hollywood power couple are still together.

Oh, I think the reason was very clear: Black and Wain were insanely jealous of Showalter's triumphant dual role as an ex-president and they wanted in on that.

Brienne needs to give herself a little more credit. Sansa is alive and well thanks to Brienne's devotion to her oath.

Was going to say this. Pulling out of your driveway is a death-defying feat every day.

I wish I knew the exact percentage of homes in the hills that are unoccupied and just rented out to parties, porn/movie shoots, Airbnbs, corporate party/crash pads, etc. I'm guessing it's around 30% but there's no way to know.

That's exactly it. It's super cheap to shoot there (permits, etc.) and there are hundreds of staging areas, warehouses/stages, rental companies, etc. in the area so it's super convenient too.

The line I always remember most from Goodfellas is Karen's comment about how all the mob wives spent all their time at the salon, clothes shopping, etc. but they didn't look good. They just looked…beat up.
