Love subtle references, I'm guessing "seeks peaceful coexistence" is a Remmick reference? Or am I just reading too much into it?
In any event, stellar work as always.

"That is a joke. I get it… it is not funny, but I get it."

I wouldn't disagree either.

I wouldn't disagree either.

Thanks, Zack. Your reviews got me back into Trek in a major way.
Definitely looking forward to the DS9 reviews!

My absolute least favourite season 6 episode has to be in Time's Arrow pt. 2.
- Random meetings of historical figures
- one of whom is an absolutely brutal cartoonish character
- He's brought around by a big speech about how great life in the 24th Century is

He's my Number One Dad!

Cardassian Occupation
It's been a while since I saw it, but I didn't really think it was the Prime Directive keeping the Federation from interfering with Cardassians on that. More the usual, defend the weak from the strong- unless they're too strong sort of mentality.

Ahhh, Season Five
When the visual effects go CGI and look more dated, and Picard gets a snazzy new jacket.

Holly's Phone Call
While it makes a little more sense that when she was saying that they should take a break, at until she gets back to Nashua, that she would be talking to AJ, I thought there was at least a possibility that she may have actually been talking to Michael.
Ever since it was revealed that Carell would be

True, but terminology parallels are accurate. They're both used respectively, regardless of what utility is actually on it.

Hydro Pole
Loved Robin saying "hydro pole" then having to clarify it to Ted. I've done that a few times when talking to my American friends.

Looking over the rest of the season, we have some low points but I like most of the episodes from here on out for season 4. Identity Crisis and Night Terrors have some downright creepy moments, The Drumhead is awesome, and I really like The Mind's Eye and how that plays into Redemption (plus the ending of The Mind's

I wish they had used Betazoids more for their "alien telepathic race" episodes. Keeping that ability to only a select few races would have been better, I think.
"Violations" really stands out as one where they could have made them Betazoids instead of the random Forehead of the Week-types. But that has something to do

I loved that game. Thanks for bringing it up!

I personally think seasons 3 & 4 have the best "look" to them. Uniforms are better, lighting and film quality is there, so an upgrade from the early years. I think 5-7 suffer with the advent of more CGI, which I'm sure looked fine at the time, but nearly two decades later it's a little distracting.

Captain Riker
It kind of bothered me that Riker made Captain in this episode, then went back down to Commander for then next ten-twelve years. I know it makes sense within the context that it's a tv show and all, but you'd think the guy who beat the Borg would be put into a real choice position (Shelby even said so,

The dream sequence in Night Terrors was downright creepy the first time you see it, but after that I can see it getting a little, um, tiresome.

I thought the painting was of that weird space vortex from Time Squared.

Riker's pissed off
Definitely my favourite part of this episode, and quite possibly my favourite Riker ep. He's what I would hope to see in a commanding officer- he takes the safety of his crew personally.
It's not just him fading into the back and having the whole crew worrying about where Geordi is, or even the
