So happy to see this mentioned again ha!

YES. The Fugutive, Apollo 13, and Grosse Pointe Blank are my three. Good company.

I'm 99% sure he was doing synchronized swimming maneuvers (which is its own crazy kind of non sequitur), since he was speaking in water metaphors. I'm nearly as sure that Taye Diggs could rock the hell out of a noseplug.

Continuity!

I think Carrie has proven to be quite irresponsible in her private life, so it's not exactly surprising that she would forego BC, especially during a drunken, random hookup. Shit happens.

Three most likely drugs she was given (via injection) are Ativan, Haldol, and Thorazine. The latter two are Schedule C ("no adequate and well-controlled studies in humans, but potential benefits may warrant use of the drug in pregnant women despite potential risks") and Ativan is Schedule D ("There is positive

Any psych patient (at least in my state) must be medically cleared prior to inpatient admission. For females, this includes standard CBC/diff, chem panel, tox panel and a preg test (qualitative). She absolutely would've had that at the very least a urine preg run. The only plausible way she would've hidden the

I think Nick is one of those brilliant people who doesn't care to apply himself. I don't think he's meant to appear stupid at all, he just needs to get his shit together.

It also explains why he panic-moonwalked away from a discussion about terrorism. Every (rational) human believe's it's wrong, but he's not even equipped to argue a point she would've agreed with.

What made the slap-fighting rise above, I think, is the fact that she was legitimately hitting him and ended the confrontation with her forearm pressing into his throat.

Jillian Armenante - always loved her on Judging Amy.

An entire episode of Nick Miller's drunken philosophizing…THAT I would love to see.

I am firmly on the Nick/Jess ship, but I can't help but lament the loss of Nick's grumpiness. He's so happy with Jess that a large part of his character has fallen into a black hole. He's been straight-up goofy lately. It'll be comforting when a little more seriousness settles into their relationship.

Agreed! Greenfield is so dynamic. Schmidt is the most endearing douche in the history of douches.

I love that this is the new moonwalk.

Not necessarily. A simple, sincere note of apology left without expectation of forgiveness would be perfectly acceptable. But Schmidt is never without expectations.

The entire pet store exchange was hilarious, but "How often do you groom your cat?" and Lindhome's unambiguous reaction were what knocked it out of the park. A simple innuendo, sure, but a winner nonetheless.

I don't think Quinn's all that badass, I just find him really nice to look at. Doesn't really matter what he's saying, to be honest. I am of course dreaming of the day he whisks Carrie away to live crazily ever after, so I'll forgive all the accent slips until that day.

I loved that scene in the bathroom, as well. It was a surprising moment of clarity when I expected Jess and Dana to just be bickering at each other for the first half of the season. I especially liked that Jess had no verbal response - it made her reaction much more genuine.

Nah, that's what Coach will be for.
