How did this show all of a sudden become watchable? It's like they got different writers after the first two episodes and these new writers decided to make the characters tolerable, and sometimes even enjoyable to watch.

I was really hoping that they'd have the Governor have his niece chained up in his locked room like they did in the comics. That really stuck with me as something that made the Governor especially disturbing. I was also hoping for some fighting pits action.
