Fuck, even just the brief snippets they showed of that movie made ME upset.

I was just noticing how weird it was how much Henry's changed since the beginning of the show. For a while it seemed like he was destined to be the show's Bobby Draper, but I'm glad he's sort of come into his own as a character.
The new version of "True Love Waits" seemed kind of plain to me on first listen, but I think it's a grower. It's got a lot of stuff going on that isn't totally obvious at first.
The dream sequences in the Max Payne games. Fuck!
That Shadow'sss jussa' HUNK who don't know nothin' about nothin'.
I like Mancini a lot but this is unfortunately true.
It feels very OK Computer, in more ways than one.
Well then screw him too! But screw Gene Simmons more.
Conservative, self-important rich dudes who have a big mouth piss me off regardless, but when they call themselves artists or have in some way purported to represent the counterculture that just makes me exponentially more sick.
In order is the best way, the only point of contention is whether you should start at Pablo Honey (their first, less impressive album) or skip it and go right to The Bends (their second, much better album). Didn't Thom create a revised tracklist for it a few years ago? I remember it being shorter.
I've said this in other threads, but I think the snubbing of HTTT is both justified and unjustified; that era is absolutely bursting with great material, but I think they kind of botched the sequencing for the album and made it too long and picked tracks that really have no cohesive relationship to each other. So…
"There is no cheese (for my pizza)"
Nice way to start, Johnny.
Daydreaming made me cry, that whimsical instrumental segment after Thom's verses really hits a nerve with me.
I'd buy that for a dollar!
TRUE LOVE WAITS TRUE LOVE WAITS TRUE LOVE WAITS TRUE LOVE WAITS OH MY GOD
I was honest-to-god thinking "ok, plane's in the air, it's probably going to explode. The plane is probably definitely going to explode. Here it comes. This is happening. Ok. It's gotta be the plane exploding."
I'LL SHOW YOU THE LIFE OF THE MIND!
