YOU TAKE THAT BACK ABOUT BATROC!

i do believe DC 'can' make good movies out of their characters, but green lantern and their earlier track record with anything but batman fills me with considerable doubt.

for fucks sake, all i'm sayin is 'hey it's captain america!'

again, green lantern.

but you see, DC is terrible.

i would definitely give you some idiot in a halloween costume, and would appreciate, 'what're you doing in a cap costume, idiot?".

the whole vibe of: you know what? i'm a dangerous rage monster, but it's also a little bit fun.

well, yeah, but now Whedon can pretty much do whatever he wants… and it won't get cancelled in two episodes.

it's too soon after spider man 3, and it's just being made as an excuse for sony to keep the rights to the character.

He was the chituari who was talking to:

I'm not talking about the de-thaw. What i'm saying is that Captain Ameica, the living legend of World War 2, is running around in costume saving New York City as the world is coming to an end. The average person should have read about him in history books, and there's not really mention of the fact that essentially

That sounds like Captain America 2

i was just irritated on for how important that scene is dramatically, of course it's spoiled in the trailers. oh well, be thankful nearly everything else that hulk does isn't.

that sounds about right

The only nitpick i really had with it was there wasn't a big, "holy shit, THE Captain America is back!" moment from the people of New York City. That's why the cop moment rang a little false. the way the cop talked back, it's like he had no idea who Captain America was. Going by the  film/comic's reality it's a war

only for imax, and mostly just for the bigger screen.

that might be the bridge too far for me. high tech spy stuff is kinda done everywhere else. that said, they're gimmicks are pretty sweet.

i kinda like the web shooters, at least.

Amazing spider-man won't come close. and this is coming from a Spider-man fan. it looks like it could be okay, solid B. but i'm almost hopin it will fail so we can get Spider-Man back to Marvel, and then he can join an avengers sequel.

this is why i'm glad they've introduced 'samuel l jackson' nick fury jr in the regular Marvel Universe. You got a modern nick fury, and you got the classic nick fury team ups.
