You mean Miko the Raccoon and Flit the Hummingbird and Percy the Pug? They aren't as annoying as you would expect. Although to be fair, I haven't seen the movie in years ( I was five when it came out, and my sister really wanted to see it), but I remember it being genuinely beautiful and actually very good. It should

This is a very nice article about Movie Posters. I feel sad the decade of my birth (1990 for anyone who cares) has sort of been the end of the beautiful poster rise. We get good ones now and then (I think Inherent Vice's posters found a way to be generic while just subtle enough to be called unique, and The Drownsman

I actually have a limited Edition version of the Alien poster that was released for the anniversary in around 2000 (2009?), and it's gorgeous. I love looking at it, but I do agree, it does imply dread and creepiness, but that's what I love about it, I remember being intimidated by the poster itself, then I saw the

….And you just dashed all my dreams by basically saying that a book full of movie posters still has yet to exist…

I would love to play The Last Guardian, but I'm totally on board for Kingdom Hearts 3 finally getting released. If I didn't have yet another reason to buy a damn PS4, that definitely sold me on it, and that is what I wish I was playing this weekend.

Nier had an incredibly emotional core to it, though it had a lot of flaws with it. That being said, I've thought about playing it again. I don't know how to feel about Nier 2, though.

I was thinking of Titus Andronicus over Greek Mythology, but your example is much older than mine.

I won't lie that when I went to see Chappie, the fact that the stolen Playstation 4 consoles that served the plots Deus Ex Machina didn't entice me any less than they did before The Last Guardian's release. Now I want one more than ever, except that when I eventually buy one, I'll have a game to play with the damn

Between Naked Danny DeVito and "Grave of the Fireflies" on Watch This, my eyes have been assaulted more than the Viper's were in Game of Thrones.

It's actually Andy Serkis being poked with a sharp stick by some Sony Reps.

I did the exact same thing, but I'm okay with putting money down for a PS4 if it means this game actually comes out. Now if Silent Hills were still a thing, It would only make me want a PS4 even more now.

I don't think so, If the boy doesn't speak in pop culture references or slaps tits on a wall, I think Last Guardian will be better than Duke Nukem Forever.

It's probably going to end like E.T. or the Iron Giant, all you'll need is the Trico to say "I'll be Right Here" or "I Go, You Stay; No Following" and it's guaranteed waterworks.

You are really testing the strength of that wedding band, aren't you?

I kind of feel this movie should come with a plush figurine of a Totoro packaged with it, so you have something to hug after the movie ends.

The rumor goes that it was played 2nd otherwise they figured people would just walk out of the 2nd movie when they realize it's not going to have a happy ending.

Werner Herzog, I didn't realize you had an account on the AV Club too!

It's my understanding that it's not a remake, it's the story told from the Aunt's point of view. It's meant for you to sympathize with her instead of making her so antagonistic, it basically makes you realize that War makes things hard on everybody. That may sound like blasphemy, but I kind of appreciate that idea

Spoiler alert: If you can't get to that point now, You may never be.

My girlfriend is trying to go through the Studio Ghibli collection right now, and I am dreading trying to watch this movie again. The first time I saw it, It didn't hit me until the next day, but now that I've seen it, I doubt I can watch it again while just falling into depression.
