I like the scene in "Who's the Boss part I" when Dave jingles his keyring in front of Matthew to distract him long enough to get into "Bill's" office.

It always bugged me that the only version of "Injury" available on the DVDs is the edited one that originally aired. Apparently the original version (which got show in syndication) had a much funnier exchange at the end of the episode between Bill and Dave - which included a couple more penis jokes. NBC balked because…

It's a shame that Dick's post-NR behavior and actions have overshadowed his time on the show. His performance here really is amazing. He brings a lot of heart and subtly that you wouldn't suspect to a character that could easily have been a one-note caricature in the hands of the wrong actor.

I believe that one's "The Injury" from season 3.

Oh yes. That and the clown puppet, the face ripping scene, the vortex, the pool. Nightmare fodder galore.

Actually, Walt doesn't appear (thankfully) until "Monster Rancher" which is four episodes down the road. Right before that is the uber-excellent "Copy Machine". Best slow reveal ever.

I like the brothers too. It was a nice little running gag throughout the episode.

Easily one of the top five episodes of the show. Dave's presentation was brilliant - "…you will all be burned to death."
