I like (ok, love) seasons 1, 2, & 4 but I think season 3 is definitely the strongest. The writing (both on individual sketches and on episodes as a whole) and the acting just seem to click perfectly throughout the season.

"Not to mention the build up to that line of Homer building a circus tent out of mashed potatoes ala Close Encounters, Homer hallucinating the whole family with clown faces and more. World class build up."

Yes and yes. It looks like season 1 will still be available through mail after July 9th as will season 2 once it's released.
From what I've heard him say in commentaries and interviews, Rogan never really had a desire to be a comedic actor. His preference is clearly stand-up. I haven't seen his stand-up and don't know if he's still performing regularly but he seems to have a devoted following.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGHHHH!"
How about some awful sheep jokes instead?
New Zealand: Sheep Happens
I agree. I generally hate 'real' (i.e. non-parody) singing in sitcoms. Most of the time it's just disgustingly corny. I love the fact that not only did the group never get a chance to sing but it broke up with Bob storming out and no "reset" of the group members' lives. That is everyone in the group - except Dave -…
Jimmy destroying the break room
A great moment from "Who's The Boss pt I" is Jimmy destroying the break room in hopes of driving Joe crazy. Love Joe's nervous twitchy reactions at each bit of destructions and his forced casual calling out "Soup's done!".
Love "Chock"
"Chock" is, I think, one of the best episodes in the entire series. Bob, David, and Brian easily steal the show. Their timing and interactions with each other and NR cast are perfect.
Hartman was so good at delivering rapid-fire dialogue. Another example - his instructions to Catherine at the beginning of "Jumper".
I love the "Yeah, you wish." line. Such perfect delivery by Vicki Lewis. She was such a natural comedic actor. Impressive considering that Newsradio was her first major television role (as far as I'm aware).
Oh please. What's he going to do then? Convert and magically be cured? Scores of non-believers have faced life challenging illness and even certain death without suddenly developing a belief in a non-existent entity.
@Cyrus: I'm not sure if you're joking or making a reference to something or not but no one (so far) has taken over any of Hartman's characters on the Simpsons. They were retired.
God, not this again. And "Bree"? It was Brynn. Sheesh. Trolls have no pride in their craft anymore.
Yeah, but nothing pleases that guy, so screw him.
I'm not sure "feeling sorry" for Bill was really one of the goals of the writers. I mean, I can understand where you're coming from but I don't think I agree. I think Bill is about as sympathetic in season 4 as he always has been. That said, I believe all the characters - Bill included - suffered a bit from the…
I'm not too fond of the A-story either (although it did give us the wonderful name of "Fort Awesome") but I really enjoyed the butler story. Especially the part where Bill is "out" when Dave is trying to talk to him at his desk. When Dave glares at Bill after being turned away Bill just gives a little shrug of the…
Marge: Saturday night? I don't even know if my sisters will be available…
Homer: I'll take that bet.
