The rerecorded In Color (with Steve Albini producing) gives the album more edge and I find that nostalgia aside, I actually prefer the new versions.

I like Jesus of Cool overall a bit more but Labour of Lust has my favorite song - Cracking Up (one of the coolest songs ever)

Wasn't it in an interview here that Cromwell related that he was imagining his deceased Father approving of his career when he said the "That'll do. Pig" line - it adds even more weight to an already great scene.

Its still great - they took some of those poorly produced songs from their previous albums and made them sound like they should. Only Priest album I still listen to also. Right up there with UFO's Stranger in the Night & Rush's All the Worlds a Stage.

YES - I was fortunate to see Priest live for the Brittish Steel tour.
