Judging by my husband who has shrank many of my clothes, guys don't read the washing instructions on labels. For my husband, he's never had clothing he's had to line or flat dry, so it never occurred to him to look.

I agree. I was raised in the country where our dogs had lots of room to run. The idea of having a dog bigger than a miniature schnauzer without a yard just bothers me. No judgement on those who do it, but I don't want a dog until I have at least some space for them.
@LurkyMcLurkerson:disqus shit, my husband's cat is 19, and that story…I have something in my eye…
Ugh, I hate being sticky inside the office. But I'm a sweaty beast, so I'd already be a wet mess.
Congrats, @avclub-ae1846aa63a2c9a5b1d528b1a1d507f7:disqus!
They look really interesting - I'll have to check them out.
Hey, I had cousins in Harrisburg! Went over there many times for speech, scholar bowl, and basketball as well.
Hey, where are you from? I was raised over in Johnson County…depending on which side of the river you were on, we might have been conference rivals! Though I've only been over to Cave-In-Rock once on a little road trip with my family. We had just seen How the West Was Won and my parents wanted us to see it. We also…
Ugh, that sucks. I've received two calls about setting up interviews this week, but the interviews haven't been confirmed yet. I haven't heard back from the interview I had a couple weeks ago, but the recruiter was on vacation last week (any job offers are going to come through her). The company said they would make a…
Wolves of the Calla is probably my favorite in the series after the first one.
I love Ladderball! A set was one of the better wedding gifts we got, as opposed to another goddamn vase.
Happy birthday!
Roger Miller - "Hoppy's Gone"
Tegan and Sara - "Someday"
Kitty Wells - "No One But You"
Iron & Wine - "Big Burned Hand"
Buckwheat Zydeco - "Zydeco Bugaloo"
I started watching it this past spring - I'm halfway through season 5 now (I can't believe it's almost over). Saracen is probably in my top five favorite characters. The scene you mention has this line where he's starting to break down and explain it away with the line, "I'm sorry, I'm having a moment here," which is…
Happy birthday!
Ha! I was trying to find a new one before I left, but they beat me to the punch.
You wouldn't say that if you saw the therapist. Good at her job, but…no.
Alas, no. However, while I'd like to stay in the Midwest, if a good enough job came up I could be convinced to move there.
Oooh, @avclub-740bc18f68a7140f7e82b025080d8c28:disqus that would have been interesting as hell.
This isn't bad advice. Honestly, I'm not really upset at losing that job. I was always a really enthusiastic, driven person. This job killed that in me. This past weekend was the first time I felt enthusiastic about something in ages. When it happened, I felt relief. It was finally over.
