It was entertaining enough, but I didn't laugh once. Probably I should watch Dads beforehand so that Brooklyn Nine-Nine seems that much better in comparison

She wasn't on screen enough for me to form any sort of opinion

I don't hate it that much in Suburgatory, so maybe Trophy Wife can figure out how to work it correctly (assuming they keep it)

I laughed more than I have at any other episode in any other series yet this (admittedly young) tv season.

Could there be a sadder (and apter) press photo than the one you used?

The Pink Panther films managed to be pretty watchable

I was really prepared to watch the pilot and be done with the show after it seemed like it was heading into a "only Abby knows what's actually going on and the rest of the police department thinks she crazy" type of show (which is really overdone), and I think by exposing the truth to the entire town and not just Abby

Fuck you, Dad.

"YOU COULD BE THE KING OF BEEF BUT WATCH THE QUEEN OF TIME MANAGEMENT CONQUER" -Nicki Minaj is also annoyed about Jessie's too-soon exit from the competition

Masterchef - A Very Special (Walmart) Ingredient

Speaking of "incredible," did the show seem light on superlatives tonight to anyone else?

But they didn't torture her near as much as the contestants tortured the incredible calimari tonight - that's the real crime.

they didn't even submit the show to the Emmys

Also, is there anyone out there other than me who really likes Krissi? I can kind of see where y'all are coming from, but I'm genuinely drawn to her (although I also really liked Monti from last season, which I know a lot of people didn't)

Has anyone else noticed increasingly stilted speech patterns this season from basically everyone, but especially from Ramsey? I can't tell if people are just really thinking about their words, or if the editing is getting really poor. You can nearly hear the ellipses in a lot of the talking heads

There are macaroons which are just what you think they are, and then there are also the French macarons (sometimes spelled macaroons, just to fuck with you), which is  the stunning dish Lynn and Jonny attempted tonight. Wow.

that notification for a Bitch 23 news update was just cruel

These are the first episodes I've liked Natasha - and I also really dislike Beth now.

@avclub-e61aa34d4fdadea6be28371410ba224a:disqus  but surely you mean Trevor Smith, not Busta Rhymes

I don't think that it's necessarily a sixth sense. There are plenty of instances (in both television and reality) of kids sensing something's wrong - especially as kids play off of the adults around them, and in that scene, Mrs. S. was clearly distressed from the combination of Helena, Sarah, and Amelia in the
