I was really prepared to watch the pilot and be done with the show after it seemed like it was heading into a "only Abby knows what's actually going on and the rest of the police department thinks she crazy" type of show (which is really overdone), and I think by exposing the truth to the entire town and not just Abby…

Has anyone else noticed increasingly stilted speech patterns this season from basically everyone, but especially from Ramsey? I can't tell if people are just really thinking about their words, or if the editing is getting really poor. You can nearly hear the ellipses in a lot of the talking heads
