The story was that Cutler had a "heart reaction," and Roger took him to the hospital, but it's strongly implied—since they drove off giggling—that nobody had any heart trouble and they were just running out on everyone to drink and pick up chicks.

I hope you find something for him! He might enjoy something like Dexter, or The Shield, if you're looking for more-mature shows to kind of bring him into "adult" TV. Both can be a bit graphic/violent (although given Dexter's subject matter I'm often surprised by how non-graphic it can be), but still engrossing and…
