I don't think this one lives up to The Con…but, really, what does? Even still, this record is pretty effing sweet. "Sentimental Tune" is my jam of the moment.

I pretty much agree with this review. Aside from a few laugh-worthy moments, I was reminded of the wheel-spinning of season 1 more than a couple of times.

ZMF
must be the only one pumped for this

Hell yeah - check out his Halo shorts too (Youtube search 'Halo: Landfall' for the three parts)

Man, where's ZMF? This review is, *ahem*, PURE FUCKING OWNAGE BITCH

Man on Wire and Where The Wild Things Are have great posters

Arrgh, I feel the left-handed pain as well. I've actually gotten fairly decent at playing a right-handed guitar upside-down, after years of hanging around "normies". Although I'm more a bassist than guitar player, I still rock my surprisingly decent $250 Cort acoustic daily.

This movie looks pretty funny. Craig Robinson, Cordrry, and Clark from Clark & Michael? Yes please.

I grew up a big comics nerd, reading mid-nineties X-Men, Spiderman, Avengers, etc, before I felt like I outgrew them. Then, in my first year of college, I was assigned TDKR for my philosophy class and loved it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that thinks they might enjoy the medium.

Relevant, topical firstie. No canceraids for you!

Fuck yes Astfgl! Although I kinda wish they were called Biscuit Holes here, if only to hear the double entendre-rich ads that would air incessantly

Nothing like a fresh, steaming bucket of fail in the morning

Nimmo
Glad to hear these guys have finally rebounded from losing Adam Nimmo a few years ago. Population was a bit of a letdown for me without him. His drumming was one of my favorite things about the band.

When I was in ninth grade, the last solo in "Feel the Pain" was the greatest thing I'd ever heard musically, and stayed that way for a solid year. Still fucking love that song. Not a big fan of the album it was on (Without a Sound), but definitely give the track a shot.

I dunno about the novel, but weloveyouso (the blog promoting the movie, not exactly Jonze's) post a lot of really cool stuff, not all related to Where The Wild Things Are. Definitely a worthy RSS subscription!

Also: pretty bummed this is a shit sandwich, but I'll see it anyway cause the trailer is one of the funniest I've seen this year. Nice job, trailer editor!

I go to school near(ish) his hometown, and the few people I know who've met him said he's a really nice guy.

We can do this!
*smirking* We?

Here he comes. Here comes John Wayne. "I'm not going to cry about my Pa. I'm going to build an airport - put my name on it." Why, Michael? So you can fly away from your feelings? You can keep them bottled up, Michael, but they will come out sometimes in the most unexpected… Hey, where the fuck are my hard boiled
