My only beef with MotP was that they showed Joker as DEFINITELY being a killer even before he became the Joker. It's cool as a possibility, but for me, the "multiple choice origin" is an integral part of the character.

I disagree. Stan, if anything, has been toned down from the early episodes of the series. And while Roger's sociopathy has been gradually ramped up, it's not like this week was the first time he killed someone and didn't give a fuck about it.
