Don't ever flog your blog on this site.
I think it's fairly clear at this point that the bomb didn't kill the people on it - it changed the entire history of the island.
Funny, I wasn't surprised at all to see Linus in the high school. His whiny, contemptuous nature perfectly suits a high school history teacher.
I think it's rather neat that "Lighthouse" is the 108th episode of LOST.
Clevername, I hope that - that would be kinda dumb.
I assumed the stones had something to do with the black and white stones found by Adam and Eve in the caves, not a metaphorical reference to the Black Rock, though it does fit nicely.
I would buy that the lighthouse is only visible if Jacob wants it to be visible.
I'm glad someone else noticed the "Welcome all Candidates" sign. That made me chuckle.
Anatole, I think with Claire leaving her baby to hang out with Christian, and that she's now saying her company is Christian and UnLocke, then we can be fairly sure at this point that Christian is Smokey.
My assumption was that Jack's kid was listening to Geronimo Jackson.
I think Claire was not only upset that her baby was stolen (I do hope someone mentions to her that she abandoned the baby), but also that she was instructed never to let anyone else raise Aaron.
Oh no
As a new yorker, this sucks. Andy is a good guy, too. I met him at the avclub reading last year.
I don't think you can create a Karl Pilkington. If you listened to him on the old XFM radio show, it's only after he started piping in with really weird opinions that Ricky and Stephen started paying attention to him. I'm firmly on the side of Karl being not a character.
Quirk, it was established at the comic con this summer by Cuse and Lindelof that Kate did NOT kill her father in alterna-world: she killed a plumber working on the house, or something to that effect.
We were joking last night about how Smokey not only inherits bodies, but catchphrases as well. We'll see them all sooner or later -
Definitely about Sawyer…not about Richard. I think Richard is going to get dead this season, as he has basically done his job in finding the new protector (whoever that is, the candidates are all lined up).
Richard D, that's what I've been thinking. Aaron is the new Jacob, Ji Yeon the new Richard, and Walt the new MiB.
I don't think Smokey CAN kill a candidate. He couldn't kill Locke (had to get Ben to do it), couldn't kill Jacob (Ben did it). Perhaps Ben is actually being influenced by Smokey, and that's why Jacob kept him at such a distance.
I think it's Aaron, and that he can appear anywhere, which is why I think he's the new Jacob, and Walt the new MiB (Walt could appear anywhere, covered in water instead of blood, remember?). It would be interesting if the Kwon kid played a role, too.
