I agree that it seems there will be a confluence of events to fix Locke and get him on the island. But more importantly, I want to see the spin-off about Ben being a teacher during the day, and a cold-hearted killer in the name of American history at night.

I think it's going to turn out that the kids are more important than anyone else. Christian fathered Jack and Claire; Claire had Aaron, and Jack raised him with Kate, therefore, Aaron's the important one. Widmore had Penny and Hawking had Desmond, both of which are probably going to be more important than either

I don't think Kate was touched in order to be a candidate - I think she was touched because she was going to raise Aaron, who I sort of assumed was the spectral little kid we saw running around.

I don't think Cooper threw him out a window (or stole his kidney) in this reality, just like Kate didn't kill her father. And to whoever mentioned it before, Sawyer seemed like a much more humorous guy on the plane, which suggests that Cooper didn't kill his parents. There have been a lot of spoilers going around

    Well

Yummsh, Christian was not Jacob, he was the MiB. That's why he sent Locke off island, so that he could die and come back and smokey could take his form.

Lapidus and Friendly is a fucking perfect procedural drama title.

    But can you still poop?

Ethan was never a psychopath, as clearly shown in the flashback episode explaining why they took Claire. Other than hanging Charlie (not killing him), what bad things has he done, other than to be associated with some really jarring sound effects every time he picks up a syringe? Which, by the way, is why I thought

If the Others are inclined towards violence, they've never learned how to actually be good at it in 50 years, other than Ben. They needed a fucking Dharma kid to kill all the Dharma people, they were repeatedly invaded and bowed to the whims of Faraday (back in the 50s) and Locke. They all suck at fighting, to boot.

I was pretty annoyed at Kate leaving the temple to stick her fucking nose where it doesn't belong…again. I agree with what others said about wanting a happy ending for Sawyer and Juliet, and hopefully they get together in the alternate reality. They were the only honestly good pairing in the entire show's history.

Exactly. "Keep Fallin'" might be one of the funniest, most immature songs that is still awesome.

Over and Over is easily one of the most danceable tunes ever. Plus, it has the phrase "monkey with a miniature cymbal" in it.

Our thought while watching it last night was that in the new timeline, the man in black has successfully gotten off the island (maybe as des?), and that perhaps he sunk the island, and the new timeline is going to show what happens when he gets to run amuck in the real world.

South of Heaven - the pool didn't bring sayid back. he wasn't dead yet.

FYI - as for why they didn't take juliet to the temple with sayid: she was dead, sayid was not (he took a drink of water). Alpert even said that he's seen the island do amazing things, but never bring someone back from the dead.

Does that mean he dropped a pan of hot oil on their arms?

Taub is quickly emerging as the entertaining one on the show. Why do they give him less screen time than the other fellows?

I think it depends on the geographical area. I've mostly heard possum, but there are definitely people who say the o in NY (which is close to princeton where the show takes place). I always thought it was just because they were dumb, though.

The implants look like they are trying to escape from her body, embarrassed of who they are attached to.
