She WAS famous in Europe. About 5 years ago. Except back then she called herself Goldfrapp, and she was awesome.

Since no one has commented on it yet
I happened to have loved Adams. Great acting, and pretty provocatively accurate history (Franklin loved the french whores; Washington had a wussy public speaking voice).

My DVD version has Attenborough. Also, I can literally watch Planet Earth at any time, anywhere. It is also the perfect thing to watch when coming down from a bad trip. Except for Caves. Don't watch that on drugs. Or whilst eating.

Agreed - it was way better than it had any right to be. Plus, the hot oldest daughter was also in The Loop!

Kitchen Confidential was TOTALLY an enjoyable show. Seconded.

Agreed - this season has really been a disappointment, not including the first episode. Worst of all, it seems like new coke is back for a second run next week.

In reference to the best-of list, if there is any focus on animation at all, there are two that tower above all other animation of the 00's.

I can't believe I didn't know shaun cassidy was behind american gothic.

Ellen Muth looked ultra skinny towards the end of the second season as well, which is too bad, because she was perfect in the first season. It is too bad that she doesn't get more work, though.

If Andy Richter with two abbreviated seasons made it on this list, then I submit The Loop as another show with two abbreviated seasons that should be on here.

As far as the money mentioned is concerned, I think it is the annual amount of money that each company has devoted to advertising, which would represent the amount of weight SCDP would have to throw around, rather than the amount of profit they would make.

Am I the only one who didn't feel at all like Don was going to hit her? The only person I can remember him hitting is Barrett (who needed it like no one else), and he can't even bring himself to spank the children. I get the feeling that, while intimidation isn't a problem, Don is not a violent man.

Despite hating Caviezel, I am SO down for this. McKellan? Even GIANTER bouncy balloons? Sign me up!

My guess is that they are going to stay with Don for christmas. Also, does Betty actually have to LIVE in reno for 6 weeks? I got the impression that she just had to rent an apartment under her name which Henry could stay in for 6 weeks, and that would work.

I think Paul and Sal and Duck will be back, but I'm guessing Ken is done for, unless they want to show a McCann vs. Draper & Co. competition through the next season.

I definitely think Joan will play more of an active role - she did a great job with the TV scripts. She and Dr. Rape haven't married yet, right? They are still just engaged? I think that may not last.

I caught that as well, lexicon, which I found odd, considering Peggy was actually the other woman there, and hasn't really shown much pining after Pete since then.

    Great Episode
But the fact that there are only two ways to hurt your neck had me in stitches more than anything else.

I loved that scene - most intense scene in the series so far?

Draper has mentioned being "almost 40;" I assumed Francis was in his 50s, what with having a grown daughter, etc.
