But what about FIREF-

Thanks Primer Nli. I had read what he said, but hadn't seen it. Very powerful.

@Loose Stool, totally true (actually closer to 50%), but most of them paid medicare and social security taxes.

Jezebel was great until Daulerio ruined it…

Yeah.. nonstop hilarious? Didn't get that at all. Again, though, different strokes. I wouldn't watch anything else in that time slot I guess, but it really felt disjointed to me. There was a *lot* going on.

I'm kinda with you on this one (actually, I think I'm even further to the "what's the big deal side"). Was telling my wife all week that we need to DVR this show since we didn't really get into it last year and I've read so much good press on it… but…. yeah.. some good gags (the awful french kiss, the meta Shit my

Was always more of a Ranger Rick guy.

I thought it was Chinook? Fuck salmon. Fuck helicopters too.

Sheesh
Next thing you know some uptight motherfucker is going to tell me that Katy Perry and Elmo can't appear on a Kiss Cam.

Uneven Episode, But
The "all you wanted to do was watch Coming Home over and over again" was worth the price of admission.

My wife and I were (half) joking that a "2000 years ago" time card would come up and Josh Ritter would be revealed to be Judas or something.

"Ripple", however…. yikes.

I didn't explain that well. We could add two songs to their set list when we met a few weeks before the wedding. We added Here I Am and Night Train, by James Brown. She didn't end up memorizing the lyrics.

"Co-sign" (ugh, sorry).

You should have seen
the reaction from the band who played at our wedding when we told them we wanted to come out to "Here I am". The poor singer ended up just reading the lyrics off a sheet of paper.

Bouncy?
"Juveniles" is bouncy only if they're playing it while jumping on a trampoline. I guess I'm not that familiar with their oeuvre apart from "The Rat" and Bows + Arrows because if this is urgent and impassioned, I'd hate to hear them at their mellowist.

"I killed 17 men in Okinawa"

Hmm.. how about the less familiar "Gear-o"? I actually prefer that one.

Kermit Roosevelt was off the fucking grid baby! Look it up!

@Tony Harrison. That was excellent. Apologies in advance if I should have already heard that one.
