Their song with Chance just works OK, to me, but thank you very much for introducing me to BenZel generally- they seem talented, and Fallin Love is a banger.
I agree with most of this. I agree with the Kendrick comparison— he could also be called a bit less rock-y, a bit more frenetic version of Kid Cudi. The production on this is just so good. Albums like this are why hip-hoppers should buy quality headphones.
Whattabout—
Yeah, the beginning of Drought 3 is the first Wayne track where I was like… this dude is weird, and I like it.
Have you heard his early stuff? I mean, I know he's pretty much irredeemable now, but back on Da Drought 3 and Dedication 2, he was tearing it up.
You're right. I'm just such a Tyrion fanboy, and thought he was so entertaining last season wielding power, that I wanted him to bounce back quick. Ah, well.
Although I get that there's family shit involved, I wanted Tyrion to be a bit more eloquent in defending his case. He held it the fuck down last season— King's landing would have been lost five times over.
Margery and Cersei were so funny with their little underhanded jabs. Also gold: the way Joffrey says "charity" as if it's in a foreign language.

Not to mention that fucking velvet blazer. I mean, god damn.

I'm not sure if this is bad, because it crushes my soul, or good, because with a crushed soul I have a sympathetic excuse to drink more.
