Right? I mean he managed to slouch inside his armor!
Right? I mean he managed to slouch inside his armor!
I did! And he still has that terrible facial hair from season 4. And his name made me giggle!
I just felt like they were such clunky characters that could have been really cool. Their dialogue and interactions were so stilted and stiff. It was weird. That said, them dieing so ignominiously after being touted as incredible warriors also sucked. It was hamfisted all around.
I figured he hanged her with her whip.
I was shocked that no one shouted "Sails!" from up top. Sure their sails were dark but they have mass that could be spotted against the sky.
I have been bingewatching Black Sails, though, so it seems really amateurish of Yara to be taken by such incredible surprise! What a shite lookout she had on her crew. On all the…
I mean I know that just cuz you're not reviewing it doesn't mean you're not watching it but seriously!
Aw man I just finished watching the whole thing on Hulu and came over here to see the reviews and mull over things and you guys only did season 1? Dang. It was really great! You missed out.
What I really liked about this was that I could get emotionally involved in this story without having to refer back to other iterations/canons/ expanded universes type catalogs.
This grabbed me from the beginning and I was almost chagrined when it started to (slightly)fit itself into the whole Mutant over arching xmen…
Yes! She was so long and lean!
Man I hadn't heard that song in soooooo long!! I think it was on one of those Global Underground dj sets I used to have. Really brought back memories.
I loved Renata's poolside outfit, too! I don't think I'm thin enough to pull off a crop top with shoulderpads but I really want to,now.
honestly I didn't even think that was going to happen I was too wrapped up in all the romance and love and beauty.
But looking back on it, it's obvious.
Oh man, it's really working for me at this length! I love it!
I can't decide if I want the white walkers to wipe everyone out or the dragons. Maybe they can team up and destroy all everything.
With jack Randall it's probably both anyway.
Actually, he literally says "I'm getting too old for this " back in ep 3 or 4… The gathering, I think. I clapped my hands with glee!
I never said I wasn't a sap. :^/
Dammit, that bird storyline made me cry.
Not just the gore, but the loss, I mean. I've hit a wall.
I literally was like "I'm DONE! I gotta go!" after that. I mean I stayed and finished the episode. And I'm gonna watch the rest of the season. I will probably watch next season… but I definitely reached a limit right there.
