One unfortunate side effect is that once the dopamine boost goes away, you're stuck with seeing and dealing with reality as it really is — namely horrific.

Very fleeting. And it's one of those things that is "great" only because it temporarily relieves the insanity / pain of being horny and lonely.

That having to give away all of your stuff is a non-starter for me.
