Some people are jaded. War of the Worlds did scare me, and I still vividly remember scenes such as the fiery train and the river full of bodies. It brought me back to the Godzilla movies I watched as a kid, the connection being that the human race was being exterminated like pests by a more powerful entity.

@avclub-fbb1d0aa8eb214a2ce4aec289a3c6b6d:disqus I agree, DRIVE is overrated. BRONSON and VALHALLA RISING are the better Refn movies.

I guess it depends on which BBQ is best: KC or Memphis. Weatherwise, I would prefer KC because I hate hot humid weather. Isn't KC called the City of Fountains?
Stay out of Eloy, Dikachu. Stay out of Eloy.
I have Universal Soldier: Day of Reckoning on my DVR. Does anybody know if I have to see the previous sequel to know what's going on here, or is this a standalone movie?
Idiots do have friends. It's just that those friends are usually other idiots.

Besides the cathartic release of justice it inspired, the killing of Bin Laden amounts to very little. There are plenty of other terrorists out there (such as the ones who killed dozens recently at that Algerian oil refinery), many of whom became militarized by Bush's wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, not to mention by…
How about we dismantle the two party system and start anew? I'm just kidding with ya. That's not gonna happen in our lifetimes or even our children's lifetimes, so in the meantime let's just pick our poison and be done with it.
Imo they're more passionate in their humor when going after liberal celebrities and liberal activists than they are when going after religious institutions or nuts like Glenn Beck.
I have learned from watching South Park all these years that Matt & Trey don't want to be on anybody's side. But they do tend to go after liberals more viciously and more often than conservatives.
Those conservatives sure do love Jeff Dunham shows, where a Mexican is represented by a talking pepper wearing a mariachi hat.
