These movies are less like rebootings and more like de-ballings. As in Hollywood took everything that was ballsy, ambitious and unique about the originals, hired a slick filmmaker and added a lot of CGI for good measure. The dull rebooting is the end result. Can't wait for the RoboCop reboot.
