Everyone knows
type A tastes best.
Count me in as a fervent W&G fan who was disappointed with Were-Rabbit. My main irk was the way they beat the "Wallace loves cheese" thing to death.
I always associate "Tie a Yellow Ribbon" with that Penguin now.
I saw "A Grand Day Out" as the last piece of an animation festival in the early nineties. I'd give anything to remember what that festival was (I don't think it was Spike and Mike) because it had a lot of other brilliant work too and I'd love to see some of them again. Anyone got a good link for animation festival…

Crazy-ass burnout Drew was my adolescent crush.

One of my favorite things about this movie was how obvious it was that Seth Green and Breckin Meyer were having a total blast playing boy-banders.
Don LaFontaine?
It's been a long time since I saw (and enjoyed the hell out of) this movie, but wasn't it The Moviefone Guy providing the voice of the subliminal messages, not Don LaFontaine? That was a pretty funny gag.
