The Long Shot's mailbag episode (yeah, I know it was last week, but whatever) - Wow, that got uncomfortable.

1) I do like the puns, especially the more contrived ones (golden retriever, dover sole, Oskar Kokoschka).

I think the second series is far better than you describe here. The writing's at it's peak, neither getting to grips with the concept/characters like the first, or going too sci-fi with the increased effects budgets of later seasons - each episode is very tight, and very funny. And the title sequence/music is better
