Nah, just the flyby fanboys and girls crying because he doesn't give every episode of Agents of Boring an A.

I believe they're trying to do both. Have a proper ending, but leave it slightly open ended in case they can go further.

To continue on my question from the Supergirl Review - PoI being burnoff, does this hurt the show's chance of being picked up by streaming (Netflix)? I don't know if it's true or not but I've heard people say that WB are shopping it/will be shopping it, in hopes of a pick up something like Longmire. Possibly just

Yeah, what I was sorta guessing. Thanks for the quick reply.

Off-topic - While you're in this thread Jay S., what can we make of PoI not being scheduled in CBS's midseason release. Burn-off? Summer? Playing tricksy with WB?

That's not a Trenchcoat, that's a Driza-bone. Weather gets mighty fierce in the Aussie Outback, blimey.

It's doing 1.5 at 8pm and it isn't owned by the Network. No matter what any "site" says, it's not exactly a sure thing. It's also apparently not that cheap.

Great. Well you've convinced me to get S2 a shot. Thanks for the replies.

Well that's promising. Is it still sort of depressing though, with the drastic changes? I did like how the show was somewhat mired in gloom.

Ok I'd like some opinions. I watched Season 1 of the Leftovers. My opinion of it is very… mixed. I think it has good acting/scenery and premise but the entire execution/plotting seems very off, not to mention random Ghost Lady that reminds me of Dexter's Dad.

You are correct, but covering 1 pointless show is better then covering 2 - harm minimization.

The Last Kingdom and Jessica Jones are far better shows (that are new this season) then Limitless. Limitless can sometimes be fun, and Jennifer Carpenter is always good value, but it's not exactly the show that's going ever going to be brilliant or innovative. It's a middle of the road light-hearted procedural. And

I think he wanted to avoid saying that so it wasn't kind of a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I really don't understand why everyone was so bitter towards Joe. Their reactions to him choosing to stay in the immunity challenge just seemed so nonsensical.

Yes apologies - apparently Season 4 was supposed to be on Netflix but still isn't. One of the EP's did an interview a few weeks back saying they're looking at getting that resolved as quickly as possible, I believe. I think it might have something to do with other rights they've sold - WGN America recently screened

And JLaw will drop a modern pop album. The dream is real.

Supergirl (the show) spends far too much time talking/referencing Superman as it is. In fact that's the most exhausting part of the first few episodes, all the worrying about Superman. It's almost a self-fulfilling prophecy at this point - the show-runners are worried people will wonder about Superman, so they

Terra Incognita was very good (but also a bit divisive, judging by reactions). I'm actually referring to If-Then-Else, the incredible 3-scenario episode.

Obligatory Person of Interest plug. It's now on Netflix, so completely bingeable (though it doesn't really fall into any of the categories in the article above) and it's been a somewhat under the radar gem, procedural with long-form storytelling. Action/Sci-Fi/Government Conspiracy/Thriller with in-depth looks at

“It doesn’t just block spoilers,” Pachal complains, “but any mention of Star Wars,
