I laughed and I teared up and man, this was just great. I said a few weeks ago that I've enjoyed TMP so much more since I decided to just view it as a weekly, 22-minute installment of a romcom, and this honestly felt like the end to a fantastic romantic comedy that I really hope Kaling writes some day!! I just…really

I agree that Girl Crush was just okay. Honestly, at this point I'm content with the idea of The Mindy Project as a weekly installment of a sort of drawn out romcom. The show simply works best when it's focused on Mindy/Danny, and I feel that Kaling & co are aware of that.

SUPER IMPORTANT: Girl Crush was shot months earlier than the rest of these episodes, and they pushed back the air date to accommodate the whole hiatus/1 month-later premiere. There were some reshoots for that cold open, to address the breakup, but yeah…without knowing that, "Girl Crush" is certain to leave you feeling

I love New Girl, but they didn't create the "will-they-or-won't-they" dynamic. I don't see how TMP can be said to have copied them vs every other show that's ever done a similar arc.

This was another really good episode in what's been a really strong season for the show. I feel like it's found it footing, which is a shame considering this may be it's final season.

"Okay, I am way too young to understand your Graduate reference."

It was a pretty decent sitcom while on the CW. I've heard the quality went way down once it moved to BET though.

I remember clicking on one of his videos that was featured on Youtube and within the first 10 seconds or so, he was in full-on blackface. It was…pretty racist.

I was thinking the exact same thing. I've seen interviews with her where she's discussed the decline in good, quality romantic comedies. And I wasn't surprised to see she'd written last night's episode. If TMP doesn't get renewed, I really hope she jumps into writing films. I know she'd be great at it.

This was a great episode. Mindy's joy at having a reason to slap Danny -twice- was great. Loved the developments between their characters, and I didn't even mind the B plot too much (up until the Heather/Cliff stuff).

I've definitely laughed more at this than New Girl lately.

Olyphant was excellent, and Vanessa Bayer was really funny. In a different world, where TMP wasn't likely to get canceled after this season, this show would ditch the workplace and simply focus on Mindy & her dating life (and relationship with Danny). I like Pally and admire how Ed Weeks' really tries to make the best

"I'ma name you New Car, cuz that's what I really wanted."

Adam Pally was a great addition to the cast. I'm also really pleased with the writing of this season so far. It's much better paced and just generally a lot stronger than last season. Surprised to find myself enjoying these last few eps more than New Girl these days.

I was almost dreading the addition of yet another new cast member, but Adam Pally really fit right in. I still the cast could use some downsizing, but this was still a pretty good episode. This season seems be much more assured, at least so far.

I'm not even a huge fan of Hannibal (only up to the 3rd episode right now), but the cinematography is stunning. It's insane they were snubbed.

Actually, I think you're right. It probably was Universal Studios.

Surprised to learn Rocky and Bullwinkle aren't property of Disney somehow, as I distinctly remember meeting Natasha at Disneyworld and being too shy to approach her (this was in the mid-90s).

Oh, I agree. But Cersei seems like she'd be easily threatened by Jaime's closeness w/Brienne, regardless of whether he has any romantic feelings for her or not. And if so, that would mean terrible things for Brienne, who may already be viewed as a traitor/enemy of the Lannisters for serving under Lady Cat. :/

I am so afraid for Brienne, especially now that the Starks are dead. Cersei will not hesitate to have her killed.
