Maybe if the Chicago affiliate ever starts the show on time I'll watch it.  Two weeks now the news has run over or started late and my DVR misses most of Axe Cop.

Into the Woods, right?  That book gave me hives in exactly the right away.  Have you read any of Benjamin Black's Quirke novels, set in 1950's Dublin?  Starts with Christine Falls and might be right up your alley.

I read Bridge Of Birds a few years ago and had NO idea it was part of a trilogy.  To the library I go!  (Really, fascinating book of a China that never was.)

On what planet is giblet pronounced with a soft g?  It's hard-g giblet!

"Life is like a box of chocolates. A cheap, thoughtless, perfunctory gift that nobody ever asks for. Unreturnable, because all you get back is another box of chocolates. Just putting a pin on this as I'm finally watching the show and just finished episode 2 of season 2 last night (for reference, that's when Walt is abducted by Tuco and that great silent shot of the car pulling away).  So yeah, I'm a bit behind.

Hell no!  It was Prez.

I'm recording it for my Russell obsession.  His Girl Friday, still one of the top 5 comedies ever made.

Hey, that's fair.  But I think Bunheads is such a good family show that I'm happy to have it in the category.

Good on you, TCAs, for giving us one more reason to hate ABC Family for it's killing of Bunheads.

It's a bunch of interesting and fun loose ends to be picked back up in a few years when the New 52 finally goes away and we get Stephanie Brown and Oracle back, among other actually interesting Batman characters. (That said, there is some really interesting work going on in the current Batwoman and Batgirl books; it's
