Particularly since it's only been, what, not even a day? Maybe 4-6 hours tops? And it's an enclosed space, not acres and acres of woods. It all just rings SO wrong for what we know about these people.

I imagine 8 months of only Andrea to talk to consists of conversation divided between: 1) In-depth descriptions of every guy she ever thought was hot from the onset of puberty, and 2) Detailing how every non-hot guy she ever knew was a sexist pig.

I am one of those that enjoys that type of character, the less said the better. But people in general have a horror vacui about speech. I learned that doing collections work years and years ago. If you stay quiet, the other person or people will desperately try to fill the empty aural space, which can give you loads…
