Geez, if I didn't know better it looks like Cap is trying to engage in a little rough trade, and even has the audacity to do it with a cop standing right there!

Who said "This…I COMMAND" at least 3x an episode

To this day I'm amazed that grouchy, surly Tommy Lee Jones even took that role. It's interesting that (to me, at least) a lot of the all-time worst casting has been in superhero movies:
* Tommy Lee as Two-Face
* Kate Bosworth as Lois Lane
* Julian McMahon as Dr. Doom
* Matthew Goode as Ozymandias

Freddie Prinze aside, totally agree with you.

Campbell is a great one, I'd love to see that.

Someone mentioned Rutger Hauer downthread as Doc Savage, which I said was perfect, but it just hit me now- Bladerunner-era Hauer as Ozymandias would be pretty perfect.

Not an actress, but purely from a looks/build standpoint, Sharon Bruneau. After she went the fitness-model route and toned the size down a little. Now that' an Amazonian physique.

That's the thing with the DCAU- they've all got the best voice for their respective characters.

Oh man, he IS Doc Savage isn't he??

Don't forget he was already the Tick as well!

She was never an actress, but I defy anyone to come up with a better physical representation of Wonder Woman than Sharon Bruneau in her prime. Yes, I'm not linking, I'll leave it up to you. If tall, fit women are your cup of tea, you'll thank me.

My favorite quote when it comes to admiring legs is "she had the kind of legs that go all the way up" because of its nonsensical-ness.

Noticeably Flaccid Shrunken Wang

If he doesn't have Hackman's voice dubbed in, I'm out.

Isn't an A.A. C- really more of a B, B+?

I'd always kind of assumed they were like a bad New York/good New York situation, but then I read somewhere that Metropolis was supposed to be sort of modeled on Toronto? Not sure where I read that.

For years, thanks to the scene where he's dressed and kneeling in the tub while scrubbing the undercarriage in hopes of scoring with the friend's wife again, my friends and I would refer to cleaning up before heading out for the night as a "Broderick"

When she inevitably reappears, she'll still be fast, but can only run fast in the buff. Wearing clothes is her kryptonite.

As a straight man, I am both jealous and amazed at how good he still looks on Portlandia. It doesn't seem possible he's pushing 60.

Also yet another notch on the alliteration fixation…
