I hope I'm not opening a can of worms here, but have you been to AVCAD? It's an unofficial spin-off of this site with a remarkably supportive atmosphere and weekly mental health threads.

I don't hate him at all. I'm just genuinely puzzled at his utterly bizarre casting decisions.

The continuing mystery of Simon Pegg's career…

Holy shit. Literally nothing since January 20th has scared me as much as this:

Me, all day: Man, I'm so fed up with the strident, exclusionary, self-sabotaging tactics of the online progressive movement. Their dorm room BS has done more to distance people from our cause than-

I don't disagree with you! For me, though, the worry isn't Pence so much as "the GOP candidates yet to come, who know exactly how to speak to Trump's base but without being complete fuckups." That's the normalization I'm scared of: not of Trump but of Trump-style rhetoric.

My MCU-loving friends think I have an encyclopedic knowledge of comic books but in fact it would be more accurate to say I have a Wikipedian knowledge. Ain't nobody got time (or money) to read those things.
