The version of The Musical Box that was on (dutch?) t.v. is better than the album version. It's on Youtube, but I'm at work and it's blocked, so no link.
Verily, it be tits…

He had a great voice for rappin'.

The Departed is right up there for crappiest of all Scorsese movies.
Looks like the key to his increasing mainstream success is increasing mediocrity.
Worst Boston accents EVER- like Tom Bosley's Maine accent bad…

Sir, I believe you are mistaken.

You nailed it, Dumbledore.
That shit blows!

Yeah, but Creedence PLAYED southern rock and had a big influence on its beginnings.
Their whole deal was southern- right down to the faked Mississippi accent.
(adding an extra 'oi' to 'uh' sounds…)

As a reluctant southerner (SW Florida) I hate most things southern, but have a weakness for Southern Rock.
That being said, I can't stand Skynyrd. But The Allmans, The Black Crowes first three albums are all tops, baby!

Maybe I'm a smug dick, but I just can't muster any kind of respect for Oprah and her fans' new age feel-goodery- all 'spirit' and 'nurture' and other nonsense.
The more I think about it, the angrier I get…

I thought it was an entertaining movie- no great shakes, but totally watchable…

"dramedies in which white people bond by dancing to Motown songs"
I guess he's OK with Tyler Perry movies.

Mystery was AWESOME.
As was The Throat.
Shadowland was also great.

Why must you turn this office into A HOUSE OF LIES?

The Idiot Box with Alex Winter was, as I recall, HI-larious.
Liquid Television was pretty cool, too. Just Say Julie had its moments- as did Remote Control Pirate TV- rastapiece theater? The State? C'Mon!, Beavis and Butthead, The Maxx
They ran some decent reruns, too.
That being said, MTV has been pure shit for years.

The Dark Tower was crap after Wizard and Glass.
The whole clearinghouse of King characters was a hack move, and writing yourself into the story is something that only Vonnegut did without coming off ultra lame.

Arab and Jew?
A comedy duo for the ages!

Trials was pretty dark, too.
Man, I am stoked for this album…

I really dig the atmosphere that Midlake's able to conjure.
Reminds me of the story beginning- "When we all lived in the forest, and no one lived anywhere else".

That is to say- 'man'.

Oh amn- I'd love to see these guys live. Were they good?

The whole punk bands covering inoccuous pop tunes and giving them "edge" has been around since the beginning and it was tired from the first. Reggae music is guilty of that as well, but to a slightly lesser degree
